Full description in pictures. 30 grams (1.06 oz) of Saheli aquafaba powder equals at least 450 mililitres (15.3 fl oz) of aquafaba! Resealable bags, long shelf life and can be stored uncooled! Aquafaba is a protein substitute. You can whip up the aquafaba and you get a substance that looks like whipped egg white. This is ideal if you are a vegan or if you cannot tolerate eggs. In cocktails or baking recipes, where you use the egg as a binding agent, you can use aquafaba as a substitute.
