You wont run out of good ideas with these great peppers. These slices belong on an antipasto platter (drizzle with a good balsamic vinegar) or featured as individual antipasti. They are also superb on a grilled sandwich. Add to a frittata, toss in pasta, and save the remaining oil for an outstanding marinade. Ingredients: Peppers (68%), Quattrociocchi extra virgin olive oil, salt, parsley, wine vinegar. Contains traces of sulfites. Refrigerate after opening.
