- Store in a dry area with no direct sunlight.
- Origin: Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China
- Huangshan Maofeng (Yellow Mountain Fur Peak) is a great everyday green tea. Grown at the root of Huangshan mountain range, these tea leaves are usually picked just after the Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day) on April 5th or 6th. The plucking standard for this tea is one bud with two newly opened leaves.
- Our Huangshan Maofeng dry leaves are in fresh green color with a soft white fuzz. When brewing, the dry tea leaves unfold to illustrate the beautiful image of new leaves growing on a tea tree. The liquor has a clean, light apricot color.
- This tea tastes mellow and smooth with a delicate sweetness and a fresh floral aroma. It is mild with no astringency and has a light, mouth-watering aftertaste.
