The original secret recipe for Briggs Best batter came about in 1997 when we purchased the iconic Wigwam Resort on Lake of the Woods near Baudette, MN. During our time there, we perfected our signature LIGHT and TASTY batter. Customers and locals alike kept coming back time and time again. We knew we needed to package up all the goodness for everyone to ENJOY!
