The Premium Sport DNA Test Package covers the main genes related to sporting activities. The genetic analysis examines the ACTN3 gene for the predisposition to power or resistance type activities, the SOD2 gene for antioxidant capacity, the IL-6 gene to regulate inflammation, the COL1A1 gene for joint resistance and risk of injury to bones, tendons and ligaments and the CYP1A2 gene for metabolisation of caffeine.
